Polskamp Asia Pacific is the Australian-based APAC arm of Polskamp S.A. — a Polish poultry-processing company near Warsaw with annual capacity of approximately 150,000 tonnes of mechanically deboned meat. Operating under EU veterinary oversight, with HACCP, GMP, BRC and Halal certifications, Polskamp is trusted by food manufacturers across Europe and exports to the Philippines and other Asia-Pacific markets.

Mechanically Deboned Chicken Meat
The workhorse protein for emulsified and processed meat products: sausages, hotdogs, nuggets, luncheon meat, meatballs, mortadella, vienna sausages and pet food. Polskamp's MDM is produced from EU-origin chicken under continuous veterinary supervision, with 100% metal detection and on-site laboratory testing.
