Native Potato Starch

Food-grade native potato starch sourced from established Polish processors and supplied to Asia-Pacific food manufacturers in container loads. GMO-free, with food, pharmaceutical and industrial grades available against a contracted supply line.

Product

What it is.

Native potato starch is obtained through mechanical separation of starch grains from other potato components, followed by rinsing, purification, drying and sifting. It is composed of branched amylopectin and linear amylose macromolecules, whose ratio governs the starch's thickening, gelling and textural behaviour.

Compared with corn or wheat starches, native potato starch delivers higher peak viscosity, a cleaner flavour profile, neutral taste, and superior clarity in finished gels — making it the preferred starch in many premium food, processed-meat and pharmaceutical applications.

  • GMO-free, single-origin Polish potatoes
  • No additives in the native grade
  • Halal and Kosher production available on request
